The rungs are perfectly spaced for my 18-month-old to climb confidently. We use it both as a ramp and a slide by flipping it over, which keeps her entertained for much longer than I expected.
My toddler figured out how to flip the ramp over and now uses the smooth side as a little slide. It clicks securely onto the climbing triangle, which gives me peace of mind during playtime.
The wood is smooth with no splinters, so I don't worry about her little hands. We flip it over for sliding and she laughs every time she zooms down.
