Grows with your child
Flip chairs are classically used as weaning chairs, which young toddlers can climb in and out of without an adult’s help. As your baby transitions to solid foods and sitting independently, this chair grows with them, allowing them autonomy and freedom of movement.
Our six-month-old can finally sit up for meals without me hovering, and the open design lets her crawl in and out on her own. Solid pine frame feels sturdy, and wiping down the tray takes seconds.
My daughter figured out how to climb in and out on her own within a day, which makes meal prep so much easier. The fact that it's meant to adapt as she grows means I won't have to buy another chair for a while.
The low seat height is perfect for my 20-month-old to scramble in and out solo, and it's sturdy enough that I don't hover anymore. We use it for every meal now, and the whole transition to solid foods has felt way less stressful than I expected.
