The shelf slots right into the Closed Back Birch unit without any wobble, and the adjustable height lets me squeeze in a bin set that didn't fit before. Took maybe two minutes to reposition for bigger toys.
Installed this on our Closed Back Birch shelf and the extra level gave us just the room we needed for the kids' bins. The brackets lock in place firmly, no wobble at all.
The adjustable height is perfect for fitting bulky toys and then squeezing in picture books between the slats, no wasted space. Took about two minutes to clip into the birch unit and it feels rock solid even with a full load of blocks.
